Ustat Chhabra

With a passion for sports and fitness, Ustat decided to pursue a career in massage therapy to help his clients along their own fitness journey, Growing up in Surrey, Ustat has had extensive experience in the local soccer community and has worked with a wide range of clientele in his career.

With over 5 years of experience- Ustat believes that the combination of manual therapy and corrective exercises one of the most effective ways to combat injuries and chronic pains. His style of treatment is geared to empower his patients to take care of themselves at home along with regular treatment.

When not working you will most likely find Ustat playing soccer, working out or eating new food.

Physiotherapy

Amar Athwal

Amar graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology, and Masters Degree of Physical Therapy. Amar has also received his Certification in Dry Needling by Acupuncture Canada.

Amar has a keen interest in treating injuries related to sports, orthopedics, and MVA’s. He also enjoys helping patients with everyday pains and aches, injuries sustained at work, and injuries suffered outside of work. Amar also has a keen interest in helping those that are retired and want to be able to enjoy their retirement and stay active. Amar’s approach to therapy is to provide patient-centered evidence-based care through education, manual therapy, dry needling, soft tissue work, and exercise prescription. His treatment is rooted in providing one-on-one care and spending the necessary time to formulate a plan of action alongside his clients to achieve their goals. He’s a continuous learner, always looking to advance his skills and knowledge.

Amar’s interest in physiotherapy began from his own personal experience with injuries and rehab through sports. He was fascinated by the way his physiotherapist was able to use multiple different techniques to get him game-ready as quickly as possible. From there, he began looking into the steps required to become a physiotherapist himself.

Amar is fluent in English and Punjabi, and can serve patients in both languages. When he is not in the clinic, Amar is either enjoying a good book, playing basketball, golfing, or spending time with his his dog Oliver.

Jasmeet Sahota

Jasmeet attended West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where she graduated from the RMT program. She has experience working with a variety of patients experiencing headaches, musculoskeletal/sports injuries, neurological disorders as well as patients looking for pain/stress relief in their day to day life.

Jasmeet also has experience in PRE and POST-NATAL massage, providing relief to expecting and new mothers.

Jasmeet believes every patient presents with a unique set of symptoms and challenges. She works towards creating effective treatment plans that cater to her patients specific needs and goals. She provides therapeutic massages in order to promote relaxation, relieve stress, heal injuries, decrease pain and increase circulation. Jasmeet hopes that with her knowledge and experience she can work with her patients to take steps towards improved health, wellness.

Gurvir Boparai

Gurvir Boparai is a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in May 2023. Focusing on both Deep Tissue, theraputic and Relaxation massage, Gurvir has built a reputation for addressing complex cases with precision and care. His practice focuses heavily on treating ICBC-related injuries, particularly those stemming from car accidents, as well as sports-related injuries.


With a deep understanding of the body’s biomechanics, Gurvir regularly works with individuals suffering from neurological issues such as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), incomplete spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, and many more neurological conditions. His experience also extends to treating expectant mothers, helping alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, and managing chronic conditions like persistent headaches, back pain, hip discomfort, and shoulder injuries. Having dealt with car accident injuries himself, Gurvir brings a personal level of empathy and insight into the recovery process.


Drawing from his own background in sports, including soccer, basketball, and hockey, Gurvir has firsthand experience with the injuries athletes face. This personal knowledge enhances his ability to empathize with and effectively treat clients, especially those involved in sports.


Through his practice, Gurvir aims to not only help clients recover from injury but also to empower them to maintain long-term wellness

Meet Melanie, our amazing Registered Massage Therapist who’s all about helping you feel your best, one session at a time! With a rich toolkit of massage techniques under her belt, Melanie has a soft spot for fascial work and joint mobilizations. Balkirat Mahal RMT 

Meet Balkirat Mahal, a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in sports and injury recovery. He work with everyone from active individuals and weekend warriors to athletes dealing with pain, tightness, or movement issues.

His treatments focus on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing re-injury using deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and targeted stretching. Everything is tailored to your needs and goals.

He also believes in making sure you understand what’s going on with your body, so you can take an active role in your recovery and stay moving well in the long run.

Outside of the clinic, he stays active and continue learning more about rehab and performance therapy.

Amneet Virk BPT

Amneet Virk is a fully licensed Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience in orthopedics, neurology, IMS(Dry Needling), MVA, WSBC, Concussion care and pelvic floor physiotherapy. 

She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Baba Farid University in Punjab, India, and completed all credentialing requirements through the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia. 

She has been fully registered with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia since 2018.

Before obtaining her full license, Amneet worked as a Rehabilitation Assistant in several physiotherapy clinics across Surrey, BC, building a strong foundation in patient care and treatment planning.

 Her clinical approach integrates manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, and electrotherapy to deliver effective results.

Amneet is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, and has experience treating patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She is focused on functional rehabilitation, injury recovery, and helping patients return to their daily activities safely and efficiently.

Outside of her clinical practice, Amneet enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
